Salsacise provides a great work out and because it's for exercise you don't need a partner. Basically, it's a bit like Zumba®, but it is based predominantly on Salsa and is a little more sedate.
You may not need a partner, but you will need a good sense of humour and a love of dance to join our happy band!
Wear something cool and bring water!
