We're pleased to be able to offer a variety of dance forms for adults, from Tap to Tango!
 
Dance is considered to be one of the best forms of exercise to help us stay fit and healthy, both physically and mentally.  So whether you are a young adult that's sitting at a desk, or in the driver's seat all day, or whether you are simply young at heart, we should be able to find you something that appeals!  It's also a great way to meet new friends and find a whole new social life!

We are very conscious of the fact that many people are wary of coming to class when they don't have a dance partner.  So our beginners class is designed to accommodate you.  

If you want a fitness programme, but hate going to the gym, we have a Salsa-cise class which is great fun and dance based but designed to help keep you trim, with some cardio work while you have a good time!
 
Alternatively you can Tap your troubles away, feel the passion of Argentine Tango, or move to great Latin Salsa rythmns!
For those of you who fancy trying your hand at Ballroom or Latin then join us at The Wirral Dance Club where you'll find a friendly crowd who like to enjoy themselves! There are plenty of events throughout the year, making it a great way to socialise and make new friends too!
 
You can work to gain your medal tests if you want, or simply enjoy the company and the dancing! 
 
We also have a Modern Sequence Dance Class for those who prefer to learn set dances.
 
If you can already dance, but want to practice, join us for our practice / social nights.  All you have to do is turn up and have fun!
